摘要
针对地下管网可燃气体累积引发的爆炸事故,论文设计了一个基于485总线的气体危险源实时监控系统。该系统下位机以STC89C52RC为主控芯片,并配以系统硬件模块,以QT为平台设计的上位机监控界面,实现了对多个采样点进行实时监测与控制功能,可以有效减少地下管网可燃气体引发的安全事故。
Aiming at the explosion accident caused by the accumulation of combustible gas in underground pipe network, this paper designs a real-time monitoring system of gas hazard source based on 485 bus.With STC89C52RC as the main control chip, the lower computer of the system is equipped with the system hardware module and the upper computer monitoring interface designed with QT as the platform, realizing the real-time monitoring and control functions of multiple sampling points, which can effectively reduce the safety accidents caused by combustible gas in the underground pipe network.
