摘要
〔目的〕分析桃花中挥发性成分。〔方法〕采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS),结合保留指数法并用峰面积归一化法测定相对质量分数。〔结果〕桃花中鉴定出27个挥发性成分,占总峰面积的99.46%。〔结论〕桃花中主要成分为亚麻醇(57.72%)、棕榈酸(24.03%)、环己烷(4.04%)、硬脂酸(3.08%)、二十一烷(2.88%)及植物醇(2.01%)等。
[Objective]To assay the volatile constituents of Amygdalus persica.〔Methods〕The volatiles were analyzed by GC-MS, coupled with Kovats Index.〔Results〕There were 27 kinds of volatile constituents in flowers of A. persica, 99. 46% of the total essential constituents.〔Conclusion〕The major volatile constituents of A. persica flowers were linolenic alcohol ( 57. 72%), n- hexadecanoic acid (24. 03%), cyclohexane (4. 04%), octadecanoic acid (3. 08%), Heneicosane (2. 88%), phytol (2. 01%) and so on.
