摘要
高压旋喷桩是当前地基处理中应用较多的方法之一。以武汉市东港(汤逊湖至青菱河通道)地基处理工程为例,详细分析该地区淤泥地层特征,在对三种加固处理方案进行对比分析的基础上,优选高压旋喷桩处理技术。从施工工艺流程、施工参数、施工关键技术等方面对高压旋喷桩施工过程进行详细的分析。最终通过对处理后的工程进行桩身质量检测和处理后的地基沉降等参数进行检测分析,验证该处理方案的合理性。该方法针对施工区域的条件限制,较好地解决了常规桩基占地广、施工机械移动不便和地质复杂等难题,为同类工程应用提供借鉴。
High - pressure jet grouting pile is one of the most widely used methods in foundation treatment. Taking the foundation treatment project of Donggang ( Tangxun Lake to Qingling River Channel ) in Wuhan City as an example , the characteristics of mud stratum in this area are analyzed in detail.Based on the comparative analysis of the three reinforcement schemes , the treatment technology of high - pressure jet grouting pile is optimized.The construction process of high - pressure rotary jet grouting pile is , Taking a specific project as an example , analyzed in detail from the aspects of construction process , construction parameters and key technology.Finally , the rationality of the treatment scheme is verified by testing and analyzing the quality of the pile body and the settlement of the foundation after the treatment.In view of the constraints of the construction area , this method has solved the problems of the conventional pile foundation covering a wide area , the inconvenience of construction machinery movement and the complexity of geology , and provided reference for similar engineering applications.
