当前,养殖者为了满足百姓对动物性食品(包括肉、蛋、奶)不断攀升的需求量,对畜禽的繁殖性能越来越看重。而近些年来,食品安全频出问题,引起了各行各业的关注。怎样在产量增加的同时,保障畜产品的食品安全问题,成为畜牧业的当务之急。文章对微生态剂的分类、功能及在畜禽无抗养殖中的应用进行论述。

At present, in order to meet the increasing demand of the people for animal foods (including meat, eggs, milk), the breeders are increasingly valued for the reproductive performance of livestock and poultry. In recent years, the frequent food safety problems have aroused the concern of all walks of life. Therefore, how to ensure the food safety of animal products while increasing production has become a top priority for animal husbandry. This paper reviewed the class ificution, function, the application in non-resistant breeding of livestock and poulty of microecological preparation.
