绿原酸和三羟基黄酮对奇异变形杆菌抑菌效果研究

摘要 试验旨在研究绿原酸和三羟基黄酮对奇异变形杆菌的抑菌效果,采用牛津杯法和微量肉汤稀释法,探讨绿原酸和三羟基黄酮对奇异变形杆菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,绿原酸和三羟基黄酮对奇异变形杆菌均具有较强的抑菌活性,在本试验浓度梯度中,浓度为200mg·mL^-1时抑菌效果最好,绿原酸的抑菌圈直径约为16.74mm,最低抑菌浓度为0.2mg·mL^-1,三羟基黄酮的抑菌圈直径约为23.53mm,最低抑菌浓度为0.125mg·mL^-1。结果表明,两种样品均对奇异变形杆菌有较好的抑菌效果。 This study investigated the inhibitory effect of chlorogenic acid (45%) and trihydroxyflavone on Proteus mirabilis. The antibacterial activity of chlorogenic acid and trihydroxyflavone against Proteus mirabilis was investigated by using the Oxford Cup method and the microbroth dilution method. The results showed that chlorogenic acid and trihydroxyflavone had strong antibacterial activity against Proteus mirabilis, and the antibacterial effect was best when the concentration was 200 mg·mL ^-1 . The minimum inhibitory concentration of chlorogenic acid was 0.2 mg·mL ^-1 , and the minimum inhibitory concentration of trihydroxyflavone was 0.125 mg·mL ^-1 .
