电梯用轮毂型壳精密成形工艺的开发和应用 被引量:1

摘要 电梯轮毂铸件的成形过程:在密度较高的EPS白模上涂覆数层无机浆料,经过烘干和加热处理,从而制成强度高、内壁洁净及轮廓完整的“壳”;将制成的“壳”置于陶粒砂中,抽真空,随后浇注金属液,得到组织致密、表面光洁的精密电梯轮毂铸件。该铸造工艺易于控制,稳定可靠,绿色环保,产品质量高,综合效益显著。 The molding process of elevator hub castings is investigated. Several coats of inorganic slurry were applied on higher-density EPS white mold, then the EPS white mold was dried and heat treated, thus shell which has high strength, clean inwall and perfect contour was obtained. Subsequently the shell was buried in ceramsite sand and vacuated , then the molten metal is poured into it. The results indicated that the elevator hub castings had compact structure, smooth surface and good accuracy. This precision casting process is easy to be controlled, stable and reliable, able to produce high-quality castings, and environment-friendly, with the comprehensive effect being remarkable.
