摘要
介绍了变速箱铸件的结构特点和试制的铸造工艺,并且对在试制过程中遇到的夹砂、冷隔、缺肉及粘砂等铸造缺陷进行了分析。根据产生铸件缺陷的原因,提出了相应的解决这些铸造缺陷的措施,从而有效地消除了铸件缺陷,提高了铸件的成品率。
The characteristic configuration and casting technology of trial-producing for gearbox were introduced. The casting defects such as sand inclusion , cold-shut , misrun ,sand burning and so on that formed during the trial-producing were analyzed. On the basis of the reason why the defects formed the corresponding solutions to them were put forward, thus removing the casting defects, and increasing percentage of the qualified castings.
