摘要 重型燃气轮机铸件在精加工后发现有点状缺陷。介绍了采用焊接修补点状缺陷的要点,包括挖掘、焊前预热、焊补和焊后处理。结果证明,该修复工艺能够解决精加工后铸件的变形和焊接硬点问题,避免铸件报废。 Heavy-duty gas turbine casting was found to have point defects after final machining. In this paper, key points of excavation, preheating, welding repair process about spot defects on heavy duty gas turbine after final machining was expounded, and the practice proved that this process could prevent the problem of welding deformation and hard points after final machining, which can avoid the risk of the casting scrap.
