心理健康教育的起点是人的生命,生命是一个身心灵的统一体。传统心理健康观指导下的心理健康教育导致生命的身心灵解体,现代科技理性的极度膨胀导致生命的身心灵错位。在心理健康教育的生命学视域中,“身”是心理健康的基础性前提,“心”是心理健康的现实性前提,“灵”是心理健康的超越性前提。只有身心灵和谐的生命,才能开出心理健康之花。

The starting point of mental health education is human life.And life is a unity of the body,mind and soul.Mental health education under the guidance of traditional mental health concepts has led to the disintegration of the body,mind and soul of life.The extreme expansion of modern scientific rationality leads to the malposition of the body,mind and soul of life.In the life perspective of mental health education,the“body”is the fundamental premise of mental health,the“mind”is the realistic premise of mental health,and the“soul”is the transcending premise of mental health.Only if the body,mind and soul of life are in harmony can mental health blossoms.
