新科技时代独立学院大学英语教学改革探析

An Analysis of College English Teaching Reform in Independent Colleges in the Era of Science and Technology

英语作为一门使用最广泛的国际通用语言,在当今社会占有重要地位。而中国作为一个科技、教育等多方面都在快速发展的大国,对英语教育的重视程度也逐渐加深。现阶段,我国的大学英语教育模式还存在跟不上时代发展速度等问题,而社会对于人才的需求又是多方面的,掌握英语交流、写作等技巧已经成为进入社会的必要条件。对于英语基础较差的独立学院学生,改变刻板的英语教学模式,利用多媒体等新时代科技多方面、多角度地调动学生学习英语的积极性,让学生自主掌握更多的英语技能,才能让他们更好地融入快速发展的社会。

English,as the most widely used international language,plays an important role in current society.And as a large country with rapid development in science,technology,education and other aspects,China gradually pays more attention to English education.At the present stage,there are still some problems existing in college English education of China,for example,the education model in unable to keep up with the pace of the time.However,the society needs talent in various aspects and skills including communication,writing and others have become the necessary conditions for entering the society.For independent college students with poor English foundation,we should change the rigid teaching mode,mobilize students’enthusiasm by multimedia and other new era technologies,so that students can master more English skills independently,and then they can better integrate into the rapidly developing society.
