广州老城区空间活力特征及影响因素研究

Study on Characteristics of Spatial Vitality and Its Influence on the Old Districts of Guangzhou

伴随着城市新中心的崛起,老城区面临物质性老化、功能性衰退等问题。针对旧城的现实问题,利用大众点评POI数据,分析广州市老城区的空间活力特征,并依据评论活力与物质空间的相关性,构建逐步多元回归模型,测度老城区活力影响因素,为政策建议提供了依据。

With the rise of new urban centers,old urban areas are faced with physical aging and functional decline.Aiming at the practical problems of the city’s old areas,this paper analyzes the spatial vitality characteristics of the old city of Guangzhou by using the POI data of Dianping APP,and builds a stepwise multiple regression model to measure the influencing factors of the vitality of the old city according to the correlation between the vitality and material space,therefore providing reference for policy suggestions.
