从名城保护到文化兴湾的广州思考

Reflections on Guangzhou’s Protection of Famous Cultural Cities and Culture Revitalization in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

广州作为第一批公布的国家历史文化名城,其老城区的保护更新与文化复兴一直是社会关注的焦点,亦是广州探索平衡发展、协调发展的重要策略之一。本文通过梳理广州城市更新实践的经验,对广州从国家历史文化名城走向世界文化名城进行思考与前瞻,提出以包容与创新的态度促进广州对大湾区的建设作出积极应对,实现文化兴湾。

Guangzhou is among the first batch of national historic and cultural cities.The protection,renewal and cultural revival of Guangzhou’s old urban areas has not only been the focus of social attention,but also one of the important strategies for Guangzhou to achieve balanced and coordinated development.Through combing the experience of Guangzhou’s urban renewal practice,this paper considers and prospects of Guangzhou evolving from a national historical and cultural city to a world cultural city,and puts forward an inclusive and innovative attitude,so as to promote Guangzhou’s positive response to the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and realize the cultural revitalization of the Bay Area.
