摘要 当前国土空间开发进入底线约束、绿色发展的新阶段,围绕湖泊进行密集城市开发的“城进湖退”建设模式不再适用。以滇池与流域城镇共生为发展目标,树立湖城生态和谐与湖城空间和谐两个研究视角,探索了以环境安全、景观优美、低碳高效为目标的国土空间开发新模式。 The development of land space has entered a new stage of bottom-line constraint and green development.The construction mode of intensive urban development surround the lakeshore is no longer applicable.In order to achieve the goal of symbiosis development between the city of Kunming and Dianchi watershed,from two research perspectives of ecological harmony and spatial harmony,the paper explores a new land space development model with environmental security,beautiful landscape,low-carbon and high efficiency.
