心理干预在手足外伤患者中的临床应用效果

Clinical application of psychological intervention in patients with hand and foot trauma

目的分析心理干预在手足外伤患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取广东省佛山市第一人民医院2018年2月~2019年3月收治的92例手足外伤患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为两组,对照组46例使用常规护理,研究组46例在对照组基础上予以心理干预,对比两组患者SAS、SDS评分和护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组患者SAS、SDS评分分别为(42.19±3.69)分、(41.88±4.58)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组护理满意度为97.82%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手足外伤患者实施心理干预可缓解不良情绪,有效提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of psychological intervention in patients with hand and foot trauma. Methods 92 cases of hand and foot injuries admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Foshan City,Guangdong Province from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The 46 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 46 patients in the study group used psychological intervention.SAS,SDS scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were (42.19±3.69) and (41.88±4.58),which were less than the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.82%,which was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention in patients with foot injury can alleviate adverse emotions and effectively improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
