On Methods of Training Professional BIM Talents of Engineering Management Based on OBE

基于OBE对工程管理专业BIM人才培养进行方向设计,以及对国内部分高校工程管理专业教师进行线上交流和实地走访。在此基础上,提出增强改革意识、完善软件建设、建设师资团队及拓宽校企合作四个保障措施,为建筑行业提供BIM人才,满足行业BIM技术应用的快速发展。

This paper makes a design, based on OBE, on the direction of BIM personnel training in engineering management, and conducts online communication and field visits among some engineering management teachers in our country. On this basis, this paper proposes four safeguarding measures to cultivate BIM talents for the construction industry and to meet the rapid development of BIM technology applications in the industry, that is, enhancing the awareness of reform, improving software construction, building a faculty team and broadening school-enterprise cooperation.
