乡镇政府职能转变与乡村振兴的关系——以福建南平市延平区为例

On the Relationship Between the Transformation of Township Government Functions and Rural Revitalization——Taking Yanping District in Nanping City of Fujian Province as an Example

乡村振兴战略是新时期解决“三农”问题的有力回应,是加快推进农业农村现代化的重要抓手。乡镇政府作为最基层的政权组织,承担着对农村进行社会管理、为农民提供公共物品和公共服务的职能。在分析南平市延平区乡村振兴发展现状基础上,结合实际积极探讨推动乡镇职能转变的方式方法,以期为推动乡村振兴、延平区经济社会发展提出可行的对策建议。

The rural revitalization strategy is a powerful response to the “three rural issues” in the new era and an important starting point for accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. As the most basic political organization, the township government undertakes the functions of taking social management for rural areas and prividing public goods and public services to farmers. This paper, based on analyzing the current situation of rural revitalization in Yanping District of Nanping City, actively explores the ways and methods of promoting the transformation of township functions in compliance with the actual situation, hoping to propose feasible countermeasures for promoting rural revitalization and economic and social development in Yanping District.
