摘要
在锂离子电池包的针刺热失控和热扩散实验中,由于失控时电化学反应的复杂性和电池包各异的结构特性等原因,很难得出可重复的热失控扩散放热、传递速率和蔓延时间数据,导致电池包的失控判定和预警无法进行。对此,基于针刺触发的电池包热失控扩散实验,提出一种在某型电池包针刺实验数据基础上,通过不确定性计算对失控扩散进行预估的方法,以此推测其扩散时间的期望和区间。此后,设计实验对本方法进行验证和优化。实验结果表明,测得的热失控扩散时间处于本方法预估区间内。该方法可以用于电池包热失控扩散实验的失控蔓延预测,并为电池包热失控的预警提出思路。
In the nail penetration thermal runaway experiment,it is difficult to determine the meaningful thermal runaway time by experiment because of the complexity of electrochemical reactions and unique structure of Li-ion battery pack,so that the runaway judgment and early warning of battery pack cannot be obtained.For this issue,this paper presented a prediction method based on lithium battery pack nail penetration experiment,and by an uncertainty calculating,the thermal runaway diffusion estimation time and interval could be obtained.Then an experiment was designed to verify and optimize this method.The experimental results show that the measure values are within the range of inference.The method can be used to predict the thermal runaway diffusion time and guide the early warning of Li-ion battery pack thermal runaway.
