摘要
采用设计失效模式与效果分析(DFMEA)方法分析设计制造过程中超级电容的性能可靠性。通过建立超级电容三大关键指标的故障原因,分析能量密度、功率密度、漏电的失效后果及机制,提出设计制造过程中的修正措施,提高超级电容性能的可靠性。
The design failure mode and effect analysis(DFMEA)method were adopt to analyze the reliability of supercapacitors in the design and manufacturing process.By establishing a fault tree with three key indicators of supercapacitors,the failure consequences and mechanism of energy density,power density and leakage were analyzed,and the corrective measures in the design and manufacturing process were proposed to improve the reliability of supercapacitors.
