摘要
通过对三种材料的管式铅蓄电池用排管进行微观结构、差热分析(DTA)、内阻测试以及对硫酸的透过率研究发现,使用不同固化剂的涤纶排管结晶度不同,从而影响排管的热缩性,其中酚醛树脂的结晶度较好;还发现无纺布排管电阻较小,使用不同固化剂的排管电阻差别不大。最后分析了排管内部不同孔径对硫酸的透过率,发现由于涤纶排管内部含有大量的微孔,电解液需要在更大的压力下才能穿过,无纺布排管内孔径较大且一致性较好,电解液透过率较为均匀。
Three gauntlets with different materials were studied by microstructure analysis,differential thermal analysis(DTA),internal resistance test,and the transmittance of sulphuric acid.The results indicate that the Dacron gauntlet using phenolic resin as firming agent has higher crystallinity than that using acrylate which benefits the thermos-shrinking properties.Due to the special manufacture method,the non-woven gauntlet shows the lower internal resistance than Dacron materials whose resistances are not affected significantly by firming agent.It is also found that the Dacron material's electrolyte transmittance has linear relationship with pore diameter value while that of non-woven gauntlet is almost uniform.
