摘要
自2015年初电商扶贫纳入十大精准扶贫工程以来,电子商务在农村地区快速发展。以安徽省霍邱县为例分析电商扶贫的作用机理以及存在的问题,并根据分析结果提出切实可行的措施。
Since the beginning of 2015 , e-commerce poverty alleviation has been included in the top ten precision poverty alleviation projects , e-commerce has developed rapidly in rural areas. This paper takes Huoqiu county in Anhui province as an example to analyze the mechanism and existing problems of e-commerce poverty alleviation , and according to the analysis results , practical measures are put forword.
