乡贤文化背景下的社区治理——基于南京市L社区的实证调查

The community governance under the cultural background of county Sage——Based on an empirical survey of L community in Nanjing

社区治理作为“创新社会治理体制”的重要环节,至关重要。南京市L社区基于深厚的社区文化底蕴,通过对社区网格化管理方式的优化,在“乡贤+社工”模式的带领下,在共建单位与商户的支持下,搭建了社区居民自治的舞台———贤爱堂,社区居民自治初见成效,社区治理模式得以创新,乡贤文化得以发展。

As an important link of "innovating social governance system", community governance is of vital importance.Based on the profound community culture and through the optimization of community grid management mode , under the guidance of "county sage+Social Worker" model and with the support of Co-construction units and businesses , L community has built a stage of community residents'autonomy -"Xian Aitang". Community residents' autonomy has achieved initial results , and community governance mode has been innovated , and county sage culture has been developed.
