福利多元主义视角下的农村养老服务供给探究——以南京市L区为例

Research on rural old-age care service supply based on the perspective of welfare pluralism:Taking L district of Nanjing as an example

以农村养老服务的多元供给作为研究问题,发现了多元服务供给主体在构建过程中遇到的诸多问题,如政府主体责任薄弱,家庭担责能力减弱,市场和社会组织参与度普遍较低等。以此提出政府应正确定位自身职责、扶持家庭养老、促进企业及社会组织积极参与服务供给等建议,促进农村养老服务供给的可持续发展。

This paper takes the multiple supply of rural old-age care services as the research problem , and finds that the supply subjects of multiple services have encountered many problems in the construction process : the government has weak main responsibility , the family has weakened responsibility ability , and the market and social organization participation is generally low , etc. Therefore , the government should correctly position its responsibilities , support families for the aged , promote enterprises and social organizations to actively participate in the service supply and other development suggestions , and promote the sustainable development of rural elderly service supply.
