近20年我国糖尿病认知功能障碍研究热点、趋势的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of the research hotspot and trend of diabetes cognitive dysfunction in China in recent 20 years

目的分析糖尿病认知功能障碍(diabetes cognitive impairment,DCI)领域的研究现状及热点趋势,以期为其发展和完善提供依据。方法检索中国知网(china knowledge network,CNKI)中自1999年1月至2018年12月间收录的本领域文献,将文献数据导出并转化,利用CiteSpaceⅤ软件绘制作者、机构以及关键词共现图谱,并进行分析。结果DCI的研究逐渐受到重视,年发文量逐渐增多;核心作者群已形成,但核心作者团队之间合作不紧密;研究主要分三个阶段,即起步探索期(1999至2001年)、平稳发展期(2002至2007年)和快速增长期(2008至2018年);DCI的代谢相关机制、老年DCI以及DCI预防与治疗为本领域的研究热点,磁共振成像已成为新的研究趋势。结论DCI领域发展良好但影响力不足,同时跨机构、跨地区的合作有待加强,今后的研究应进一步围绕糖尿病对中枢神经系统的影响、DCI研究的预防和治疗等方面深入开展。

Objective To analyze the current research status and hot trends in the field of diabetes cognitive impairment (DCI),in order to provide a basis for its development and improvement. Methods To retrieve the hownet (CNKI) in China since January 1999 to December 2018,included the field of literature,the literature data export and transformation by using CiteSpace Ⅴ software,authors,institutions,and keywords co-occurrence mapping and analyzed. Results The research of DCI was paid more attention and the number of annual publications increased gradually.The core author group has been formed,but the cooperation between the core author teams was not close;The research was mainly divided into three stages,namely the initial exploration stage (1999~2001),the stable development stage (2002~2007) and the rapid growth stage (2008~2018).The metabolic mechanism of DCI,elderly DCI,and the prevention and treatment of DCI were the research hotspots in this field,and magnetic resonance imaging has become a new research trend. Conclusion The field of DCI was well developed,but its influence was insufficient.At the same time,cross-agency and cross-regional cooperation needs to be strengthened.Future studies should further focus on the impact of diabetes on the central nervous system,prevention and treatment of DCI research and other aspects.
