摘要
作为传统铝合金材料的理想替代材料,高性能碳纤维复合材料在雷达波导天线等异型结构件上的应用具有明显优势。从碳纤维波导金属层制备方式比较、碳纤维波导熔芯法制备工艺设计以及试验件性能表征等方面,论述了碳纤维异型波导制备新技术,详细分析了模具上电镀金属层转移法所涉及的易熔金属芯模的设计制造、模上金属层制造、碳纤维波导成型以及物理熔芯法去除芯模等过程,研制的波导试验件满足性能指标要求。
As an ideal alternative to traditional aluminum alloy materials,high performance carbon fiber composites have obvious advantages in the application of radar waveguide antenna and other specialshaped structural parts.The new technology of carbon fiber special-shaped waveguide is discussed from the comparison of fabrication methods of carbon fiber waveguide metal layer,fabrication process design of carbon fiber waveguide melting core and performance characterization of product for test,etc.The process of transfer method for electroplating metal layer on core mould is analyzed in detail,which involve fusible core mould design,metal layer fabrication on core mould,moulding of carbon fiber waveguide and core mould removing by physical melting process.The waveguide for test can meet the requirements of design performance.
