工业互联网时代的高端装备智能制造研究

Research on intelligent manufacturing of high-end equipment in the age of industrial Internet

在工业互联网化的时代下,工业生产中开始逐渐使用高端装备。高端装备与普通的装备的相比,在技术含量、所需资金、使用周期、制造所需的部门数量上都占据绝对的优势。我国虽然在全力地发展高端装备的智能制造,但依然存在诸多问题。文章从高端装备智能制造诞生以及发展背景入手,仔细分析了目前我国高端装备在智能制造方面存在的问题,并以为基础提出了我国高端装备智能制造进一步发展的主要对策。

In the era of industrial Internet,high-end equipment has gradually been used in industrial production.Compared with ordinary equipment,high-end equipment has an absolute advantage in terms of technical content,required capital,period of use,and number of departments required for manufacturing.Although China is fully engaged in the development of intelligent manufacturing of highend equipment,there are still many problems.This paper starts with the birth of high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing and the background of development.In the article,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the intelligent manufacturing of high-end equipment in China,and puts forward the main countermeasures for the further development of high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing in China.
