随着大数据时代的到来,传统教育管理仅依靠人工的方式已经无法满足现代教育的要求,高校正在不断实践创新,探索应用大数据技术进行全面化、个性化、精细化的班级管理。在高职院校的班级管理过程中,必须从更为广阔的视野、更真实的角度来看待班级管理的方式,从而选定管理内容,构建班级管理信息平台,提高班级管理的效率。文章对此进行了分析。
