面向制造业2025中德职业教育的比较

Comparison of vocational education between China and Germany in 2025 for manufacturing industry

“中国制造2025”是中国制造业产业的发展战略,面对中国高速发展的产业环境,应当培养新时期下高素质技术技能人才。德国职业教育具有悠久历史,支撑德国经济和产业发展,在中德制造业高速发展的同时,应当在中德职业教育比较基础上,学习德国为制造业产业培养技能型人才的经验,推动中国职业教育改革适应“中国制造2025”需要。文章对中德职业教育就制造业方面进行了比较。

“Made in China 2025”is the development strategy of China’s manufacturing industry.Faced with the rapid development of China’s industrial environment,high-quality technical and skilled personnel should be trained in the new era.German vocational education has a long history,which supports the development of German economy and industry.At the same time,we should learn from German experience of training skilled talents for manufacturing industry on the basis of comparison between Chinese and German vocational education,and promote the reform of Chinese vocational education to meet the needs of Chinese manufacturing 2025.This paper compares the manufacturing industry between China and Germany in vocational education.
