摘要
采用耐温阳离子聚丙烯酰胺与自制的酚醛类交联剂进行交联反应,开发出一种耐温耐盐型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺调堵剂,分别考察了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺相对分子质量、阳离子度、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺质量分数、交联剂质量分数、矿化度对冻胶强度的影响,并评价了调堵剂的脱水率、强度及封堵性能进行了评价。测试结果表明:该冻胶在矿化度0.5×10^4~5.0×10^4mg/L,温度90℃条件下可以稳定180d,脱水率较小为1.86%,冻胶弹性模量为11.32Pa,属于强冻胶;使用孤东现场污水配制的冻胶,在模拟油藏温度60℃的条件下,封堵率92.3%,具有较好的封堵性能。
A heat resistant and salt tolerance cationic polyacrylamide profile control and water plugging agent is prepared by crosslinking reaction of thermostable cationic polyacrylamide with self-made phenolic crosslinking agent. The effects of relative molecular weight, cationic degree, cationic polyacrylamide mass fraction, crosslinking agent mass fraction and salinity on gel strength are investigated, and the dehydration rate, strength and plugging performance of plugging agent are evaluated.The results show that the cationic gel can be stabilized for 180 d at the salinity of 0.5×10 ^4 -5.0×10^ 4 and the temperature of 90 ℃,and the dehydration rate is less than 1.86%,the elastic modulus of the gel is 11.32 Pa,which belongs to strong gel. The gel prepared by Gudong field sewage has a good plugging performance with a plugging rate of 92.3% at the simulated reservoir temperature of 60 ℃.
