摘要
为满足环保部颁布的《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB31570-2015),对汽柴混油常压蒸馏装置工艺加热炉的燃烧器进行工艺升级改造,将其更换为低氮燃烧器。装置改造完成后,工艺加热炉出口废气中氮氧化物排放浓度降至新国家标准指标以内,实现了加热炉废气达标排放,有利于环境保护与装置生产的可持续发展。
In order to meet the “Recycling Standards for Pollutants in the Petroleum Refining Industry”(GB 31570-2015) promulgated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the process of the burner of the steam-fired mixed oil atmospheric distillation unit process furnace was upgraded and replaced it with a low nitrogen burner. After the modification of the device is completed, the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the process heating furnace is reduced to within the new national standard, and the discharge of the exhaust gas of the furnace is achieved. This is good for environmental protection and sustainable development of plant production.
