摘要 以液压系统作为力源的叠加式力标准机广泛应用于大力值计量领域。叠加式力标准机的计量精度,主要由液压系统的控制精度决定。讲述了如何通过VB.NET语言完成上位机与伺服电机的直接通信,并采用PID闭环控制方法控制双泵实时调节液压值,实现了叠加式力标准机液压系统的高精度控制。使用的PID控制方程,与常用的P1D方程略有差异,该方程更容易使用计算机语言实现。 The stacking force standard machine with hydraulic system as the force source is widely used in the field of force value measurement. The measuring accuracy of the stacking force standard machine is mainly determined by the control accuracy of the hydraulic system. This paper describes how to complete the direct communication between the upper computer and the servo motor through the VB. NET language, and adopts the PID closed-loop control method to control the real-time adjustment of the hydraulic value of the double pump, realizing the high precision control of the hy-draulic system of the superposition force standard machine. The PID control equation used in this paper is slightly differ-ent from the commonly used PID equation, which is easier to be realized by computer language.
