摘要 为实现对低浊度范围内待测液体的浊度的测量,设计了一种基于STM32F407单片机的浊度传感器。基于朗伯-比尔吸收定律和光的散射定律,通过对几种浊度测量方法的研究对比,采用垂直散射法设计了一种浊度传感器。整个系统由系统稳压供电电路供电,以STM32F407单片机为主控芯片,通过读取光感电路中的电阻电压的大小获取光的强度,将获取的数据信号送入STM32F407单片机进行A/D转换和信号处理,然后通过LCD显示电路显示,其中光感电路由电源输入输出接口电路供电。通过实验数据分析,设计的浊度传感器在低浊度范围内测量结果有效,可用作低浊度范围内测量。 In order to measure the turbidity of liquid in low turbidity range, a turbidity sensor based on STM32F407 MCU was designed. Based on the Lambert-Beer absorption law and light scattering law, a turbidity sensor is designed by vertical scattering method through the comparison of several turbidity measurement methods. The whole system is pow-ered by the stable voltage supply circuit, with STM32F407 MCU as the main control chip. The intensity of light is ob-tained by reading the resistance voltage in the photosensitive circuit. The acquired data signal is sent to STM32F407 MCU for A/D conversion and signal processing, and then displayed by LCD display circuit. The photosensitive circuit is powered by the input and output power interface circuit. The experimental data analysis shows that the turbidity sensor designed is effective and can be used for measuring the low turbidity range.
