摘要
为了提高微弱荧光信号的探测能力,获取高分辨光谱信息,通过2套32通道光电倍增管(PMT)阵列,结合激光诱导荧光技术,搭建了64通道荧光光谱数据采集系统,并使用LabVIEW对数据采集系统进行软件控制,实现光谱数据的高速采集与处理。实验结果表明该采集系统光谱分辨率为4.69nm,能够对微流控芯片内通过的单粒子样品溶液进行荧光光谱采集,实现计数功能。
In order to improve the detection ability of weak fluorescence signals, acquire high-spectral resolution information, a 64 channels of fluorescence spectral data acquisition system is built by combining two sets of 32-channel photomultiplier tube(PMT) arrays with laser-induced fluorescence technology, and LabVIEW is used for software control of data acquisition system. The acquisition system achieves the high-speed acquisition and processing of spectral data. The experimental results show that the system can perform the fluorescence spectra acquisition of the single-particle sample solution passing through the microfluidic chip and realize the counting function, and the spectral resolution of the acquisition system is 4.69 nm.
