基于工业互联网的家具行业云平台探析

Discussion on Cloud Platform of Furniture Industry Based on Industrial Internet

为探索构建适合信息时代的家具行业云平台,本文采用归纳法回顾相关文献,在总结我国家具行业现状和挑战的基础上,从工业互联网角度,概括了家具行业云平台的制造范式、概念模型、核心要素和主体特征。研究表明中国家具行业已进入信息化发展新阶段,亟需提升家具行业资源配置能力,优化设计与生产管理服务。工业互联网基于物联网、云计算、大数据等新一代信息技术与先进制造技术的深度融合,建构适合家具行业制造范式的工业操作系统、云制造应用支撑系统、产品服务体系,提供面向用户的整体解决方案,促进家具行业实现智能化生产、网络化协同、个性化定制、服务化延伸和数字化管理,涵养信息互通、资源共享、能力协同、开放合作、互利共赢的云端生态。论文将家具行业平台的概念模型归纳为:三大资源主体、一个核心支持、两个过程、三类人员,其具备资源海量化、组织协同化、生产柔性化、产品定制化的主体特征。这些内涵与特征可被应用于丰富的家具制造实践,塑造网络化协同服务体系,实现家具制造全要素、全产业链、全价值链的深度集成互联。

To construct the cloud platform of furniture industry adapting to information times,this article,using the method of induction to review the related literature,discussed the manufacturing paradigm,conceptual model,core elements and main features of furniture industry from the perspective of industrial internet,based on summarizing the challenges and present situation of Chinese furniture industry.Research shows furniture industry of China has entered a new stage of information development and urgently need to improve the resource allocation ability of furniture industry,optimize design and production management service.The conceptual model of furniture industry platform has been summarized as three main resource subjects,one core support,two processes and three types of personnel.The characteristics have been abstracted as resource quantification,organization coordination,production flexibility and product customization.Such model and characteristics could be applied to rich production practices and shape networked collaborative service system so as to realize deep interconnection of all elements,whole industry chain and whole value chain of furniture manufacturing.
