基于鲁班锁的拆装式家具设计研究

Research on the Design of Disassembled Furniture Based on Luban Lock

鲁班锁作为中国古典四大益智玩具之一,凹凸拼插,卯榫成锁,不尽机巧内藏其中。本文主要通过对传统鲁班锁结构的探索与解析,分析其造型形态、结构特征以及内在审美,探讨鲁班锁元素与现代家具结合方式与意义。在探究其特有的文化内涵及艺术价值的基础上融合现代设计方法,将鲁班锁这种机妙的三维组合方式应用到现代家具结构支撑节点的设计中去,不仅为日常家居生活注入新的趣味及活力,同时为鲁班锁元素的现代化应用提供新的设计思路。

As one of the four classical Chinese educational toys,Luban Lock is inserted into the concave and convex,and formed by mortise and tenon.This paper mainly explores the shape,structure and internal aesthetics of the traditional Luban lock structure by exploring and analyzing the traditional Luban lock structure,and discusses the combination and significance of Luban Lock elements and modern furniture.On the basis of exploring its unique cultural connotation and artistic value,the modern design method is combined,and the threedimensional combination of Luban lock is applied to the design of the support nodes of modern furniture structure,which not only injects new interest and vitality into daily home life,but also provide new design ideas for the modern application of Luban Lock elements.
