Chen Rui’s Experience in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病肾病是内分泌科的疑难疾患。基于传统医学对该病的认识,总结糖尿病肾病的病因病机及陈锐教授治疗糖尿病肾病的独特见解,旨在更好地传承学术思想精髓,应用临床。陈锐教授认为,糖尿病肾病多为本虚标实之证,血瘀、痰凝为标,肾阳虚、脾气虚为本,治疗时宜补虚与祛邪化瘀兼行,采取解毒通络、益气保肾法,临床取得理想疗效。

Diabetic nephropathy is a difficult disease in the endocrinology department. Based on traditional medicine, we summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease and Professor Chen’s unique insight into the treatment of it so as to inherit the essence of academic thinking and apply it in clinical practice. Professor Chen believes that this disease is evidenced by blood stasis and phlegm coagulation which is caused by kidneyyang deficiency, and spleen-qi deficiency. During treatment, it is advisable to tonify deficiency, eliminate pathogenic factors and remove stasis. By taking the approach of the detoxification and dredging collaterals, and method of supplementing qi and protecting kidney, we aim to achieve the ideal clinical effect.
