通便汤对比聚乙二醇4000散剂治疗慢性传输性便秘

Treatment of Chronic Transmission Constipation with Tongbian Decoction and Polyethylene Glycol 4000 Powder

目的探讨通便汤治疗慢性传输性便秘(STC)患者的临床疗效。方法61例STC患者被随机分为研究组和对照组,分别给予口服通便汤和聚乙二醇4000散剂,疗程均为28d。观察2组用药前后的大便性状、每次排便时间、排便间隔时间、排便困难程度等指标,以及治疗后随访(随访8周)便秘的复发率。结果治疗过程中,口服通便汤的研究组与口服聚乙二醇4000散剂的对照组相比,疗效相当,均可改善便秘症状,无统计学差异(P>0.05);后期随访中,研究组复发率明显低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通便汤治疗慢性传输性便秘临床疗效确切,安全性高,复发率低。尤其是在抑郁、焦虑的心理问题患者中,通便汤疗效明显优于聚乙二醇4000散剂。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tongbian Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic transmission constipation slow-transit constipation (STC). Methods Sixty-one patients with STC were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and were given oral Tongbian Decoction and Polyethylene Glycol 4000 Powder for 28 days respectively. The stool characteristics, the time of each defecation, the interval between defecation, the difficulty of defecation, and the recurrence rate of constipation after follow-up (8 weeks follow-up) were observed. Results During the course of treatment, the experimental group was equivalent to the control group, which could improve the symptoms of constipation, but with no statistical difference (P>0.05);during follow-up, the recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical studies have confirmed that the clinical efficacy of Tongbian Decoction in the treatment of chronic transmission constipation is accurate, with high safety and low recurrence rate. Especially in the psychological problems of depression and anxiety, Tongbian Decoction is obviously superior to Polyethylene Glycol 4000 Powder.
