远志皂苷对果蝇攀爬能力及寿命的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察远志皂苷对果蝇攀爬能力的影响。方法 1)将测试果蝇分为6组,分别喂养0.5%、1%、2%、4%、8%浓度远志皂苷培养基(实验组)及基础培养基(空白组),喂养7 d与空白组进行攀爬能力测试比较,得出最佳浓度远志皂苷培养基。2)将测试果蝇分5组,用最佳浓度远志皂苷培养基(实验组)喂养,1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d与空白组进行攀爬能力测试比较。结果远志皂苷各剂量组均可提高果蝇攀附指数。其中2%浓度的远志皂苷对果蝇攀附指数影响最大(P <0.05)。在给药时间方面,给药5 d组果蝇的攀附指数显著高于1 d和3 d组(P <0.05),但5 d与7 d组相比较无显著差异。远志皂苷能够提高果蝇的平均寿命、半数死亡时间及最高寿命,其中半数死亡时间及最高寿命提高显著(P <0.05)。结论远志皂苷可提高果蝇的攀爬能力,提高果蝇运动能力,改善果蝇神经系统功能,提高果蝇的存活时间。 Objective To investigate effects of Polygala tenuifolia saponin on shin ability of CS Drosophila melanogaster. Methods l)The Drosophilae melanogaster were divided into six groups, were fed 0.5%, 1%, 2 %, 4%, 8 % Polygala tenuifolia saponin culture medium (the model group) and normal culture medium (the blank group), the six groups were fed 7 days. Then, the six groups of CS Drosophilae melanogaster were compared through cling index, obtain optimum concentration of Polygala tenuifolia saponin culture medium. 2)The Drosophilae melanogaster were divided into five groups and fed optimum concentration of Polygala tenuifolia saponin culture medium for lday, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days. Then, the five groups of CS Drosophilae melanogaster were compared through cling index. Resxilts All dosage groups could increase cling index. 2% Polygala tenuifolia saponin group has maximum influence on cling index (P < 0.05). On drug administration time side, fed 5 days group's cling index was significantly greater than fed 1 day and 3 days group’s (P < 0.05), but fed 7 days group’s cling index was not significantly greater than fed 5 days group's. Polygala tenuifolia saponin could increase average lifetime, half deathtime and highest lifetime of CS Drosophila melanogaste. Among them, half deathtime and highest lifetime have remarkable increase. Conclusion Polygala tenuifolia saponin could improve shin ability of CS Drosophila melanogaster, improve the athletic ability of CS Drosophila melanogaster, then improve nervous system function of CS Drosophila melanogaster and their survival time.
