摘要
管理学习的本质是新管理技术获得合法性的过程,但现有的学术文献缺乏对企业管理学习中合法化机制的研究。本文以华为公司为例,运用案例研究法,通过深入分析其管理学习的成功经验,发现华为不仅重视管理学习的外部合法性,而且重视内部合法性的构建;研究进一步识别了多种内外部合法化机制,并提出了有助于企业管理学习的启示。
The essence of managerial learning is gaining legitimacy.However,there are few studies concerning the legitimacy mechanism in managerial learning.Taking Huawei as a case,this article analyses its successful experience in managerial learning with the method of case study.This research finds that Huawei pay attention to construction on both external and internal legitimacy.In addition, this article identifies kinds of legitimacy mechanism and a number of practical implications that will be helpful to managerial learning.
