摘要
聚乙烯管是以聚乙烯为原材料通过挤出成型而得的塑料管材产品。聚乙烯管在输送燃气和给排水方面具有广泛应用。综述了国内外关于聚乙烯管在燃气管和给排水管领域、加油站和核电站领域的应用及其降解行为的探索,并简要介绍了提高聚乙烯管抗降解性能的两种改性方法:填充改性和交联改性。研究表明,通过填充改性发挥无机物和有机物的协同作用和通过交联改性引入新的官能团均可有效提高聚乙烯管的抗降解性能。可以预期聚乙烯管将继续在多个领域有新的应用,这对聚乙烯管的性能提出了新的要求,有必要进一步探索聚乙烯管的降解机理及提高其抗降解性能的新方法,如对聚乙烯同步进行物理改性和化学改性。
Polyethylene (PE) pipe is a plastic pipe product prepared with the method of extrusion molding using polyethylene as raw material.There is a wide application in terms of conveying gas and water supply and drainage for polyethylene pipe.The exploration of application of polyethylene pipe in the fields of gas pipe and water supply and drainage pipe,gas station and nuclear power station,as well as that of degradation behavior of polyethylene pipe were reviewed.Further more,in order to improve the performance of resistance to degradation of polyethylene pipe,two types of modified methods including filler modification and cross-linking modification were introduced briefly.It is shown that the degradation resistance of polyethylene pipes can be effectively improved by filling modification owing to the synergistic effect of inorganic and organic substances,or cross-linking modification due to the introduction of new functional groups.It is expected that there will be new application in various fields for polyethylene pipes,new demands on the performance of polyethylene pipes will be put forward consequently.It is necessary to further explore the degradation mechanism of polyethylene pipes and new methods to improve their resistance to degradation.For example,simultaneous physical modification and chem ical modification for polyethylene may be a suggestive attempt.
