摘要
为了提升存量的分布式储能信息化管控水平和储能系统资源利用率,充分发挥分布式储能资源的多元化价值,基于共享储能理念,采用微服务设计方法,提出了一种分布式储能网络化运营平台架构。同时针对分布式储能时空分散特性较强的特点,采用分层分区控制方法,提出了一种分层分区电能优化调配策略。提出的分布式储能运营管控平台架构和电能优化调配策略,可满足市场化背景下分布式储能与电网深化互动运营需求,可实现平台运营商和分布式储能系统拥有者各方效益最优化。
In order to improve the management level of a distributed energy storage (DES) by information technology and the utilization rate of the DES resource, and fully exploit the diversified business value of DES resource, we proposed an architecture for network operation platform for DES based on the shared energy storage concept and the micro-service design method. Meanwhile, in accordance with the characteristics of strong temporal and spatial dispersion of DES, we put forward a power optimization dispatching strategy after adopting a hierarchical partition design method. The archi- tecture for network operation platform for DES and power optimization dispatching strategy proposed in this paper can meet the needs of deepening interaction between the DES and power grid system in the market-oriented direction, and re- alize the optimization of the benefit of the platform operator and the owners of the DES system.
