摘要
目的改进工作场所空气中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯的气相色谱测定法。方法工作场所空气中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯用玻璃纤维滤膜采集,采用正己烷洗脱,以DB-17ms(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)毛细色谱柱分离,以电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测。结果氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯在0.011~0.5μg/ml范围内峰面积与浓度均呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.999),方法检出限为0.003μg/ml,定量下限为0.011μg/ml,最低检出浓度和最低定量浓度分别为0.000 1、0.000 5 mg/m^3(以采集45 L空气计)。氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯的平均回收率为97.96%~98.97%,批内RSD均<5%。结论该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,满足标准要求,适用于工作场所空气中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯的测定。
Objective To modify the method for determ ination of cyperm ethrin, fen valerate and deltam ethrin in the air of workplace by solvent elution-gas chromatography. Methods C yperm ethrin, fenvalerate and deltam ethrin in the a ir of workplace were collected by glass fiber filter membrane, then desorbed by n - hexane , the desorption solution was qualitatively and quantitatively determ ination by gas chromatography. Results The calibration curves were lin er in the range of 0.011-0.5 μg/ml, the method detection lim it was 0.003 μg/ml,the minimum detectable concentration was 0.000 1 mg/m3 (in term s of sam pling volume of 45 L). The recovery rates were 97.96%-98.97%, the precision was <5%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and is applicable to the determ ination of cyperm ethrin, fenvalerate and deltam ethrin in the air of the workplace.
