环境毒物对树突状细胞的作用及其机制研究进展

Effects of environmental toxicants on dendritic cells and its mechanism:a review of recebt studies

环境毒物分布广泛,暴露于环境毒物会严重危害机体健康,特别是对免疫系统有不良影响,已经成为重大的社会问题乃至国际化问题。笔者综述了不同的环境毒物暴露对与机体免疫应答反应密切相关的树突状细胞的毒性作用及其相关机制,并对研究环境毒物暴露对机体损伤所致疾病的防治进行了展望。

Environm ental toxicants are widely distributed. Exposure to environm ental toxicants can seriously endanger human health ,especially the immune system ,and has become a major social issue and even an issue of internationalization. In the present paper,the toxic effects of different environm ental toxicants on dendritic cells closely related to the imm une response were sum m arized and the prospects for the prevention and treatm ent of the damage caused by the exposure to environm ental toxicants were presented.
