组蛋白乙酰化在认知功能障碍中的研究进展

Research progress of histone acetylation in cognitive dysfunction

认知功能障碍常见于老年人。引起认知功能障碍的因素很多,特别是表观遗传学中的组蛋白乙酰化作用。本综述就组蛋白乙酰化对认知功能障碍发生、发展、结局的影响进行总结,以期为预防和治疗认知功能障碍提供新的临床思路。

Cognitive dysfunction is common in the elderly. Research in recent years have shown that many factors can cause cognitive dysfunction, in particularly, the acetylation of histones in epigenetics. This review summarized the effects of histone acetylation on the occurrence, development, outcome of cognitive dysfunction, hopes to provide new clinical ideas for the prevention and treatment of cognitive dysfunction.
