Study on a pre-admixture mode by pump and methodological demonstration

摘要 目的:研究预调配模式在静脉用药调配中心的应用及方法论证。方法:选择注射用头孢地嗪钠及注射用拉氧头孢钠为研究对象,利用配液泵调配储备液,建立预调配模式,从效率和工作强度方面与手工调配比较。利用高效液相色谱法测定储备液在4℃保存24 h后的含量变化来确定最佳溶解体积,并考察这两种药物的残留量。检测药物储备液在4℃保存24 h后不溶性微粒。结果:注射用头孢地嗪钠及注射用拉氧头孢钠通过泵调配、手工调配得到的储备液残留量没有明显差距。确定预调配最佳溶解体积为4 mL。两种药物储备液中不溶性微粒均符合国家标准。与手工调配相比,预调配模式效率提高25%~45%。结论:利用配液泵建立的预调配模式在静脉用药调配中心有良好的应用前景。 OBJECTIVE To study the application and method demonstration of pre-dispensing mode in intravenous drug dispensing center.METHODS Cefodizime sodium for injection and latamoxef sodium for injection were selected as the research objects. The stock solution was prepared by the liquid preparation pump.HPLC was used to determine the content change of the stock solution after storage at 4 ℃ for 24 hours to determine the optimal dissolution volume and to investigate the residues of these two drugs. Insoluble particles in drugs stock solution under the storage conditions of 4 ℃ after 24 h also were determined.RESULTS There was no significant difference between cefodizime sodium for injection and latamoxef sodium for injection in the amount of residual stock solution prepared by manual operation.The optimal dissolution volume for preformulation was determined to be 4 mL.Particulate matter in both drug stocks met the standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia. Compared with manual admixture, the efficiency of pre-admixture mode has been improved by 25%-45%.CONCLUSION The pre-dispensing mode established by using the dispensing pump has a good application prospect in the intravenous medication dispensing center.
