摘要
目的检测肝癌组织芯片中丝氨酸-苏氨酸激酶受体相关蛋白(STRAP)的表达,探讨其在肝癌诊断与预后中的临床意义.方法应用免疫组织化学法检测93例肝癌及对应癌旁组织中STRAP表达,并统计分析STRAP表达水平与患者临床病理特征、术后预后等的关系.结果 STRAP在肝癌组织表达水平明显高于癌旁组织,9例伴有脉管侵犯的肝癌组织中,STRAP表达阳性率为66.7%,且均为强阳性;肝癌组织中STRAP表达水平与病理分级呈负相关(R=-0.205,P<0.05),与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、临床分期无明显相关(x2=0.167、0.015、0.522、0.004,P>0.05);患者术后生存时间与肿瘤大小(P<0.05)、临床分期有关(P<0.01),而STRAP表达水平与生存时间无明显相关(P>0.05);Cox回归分析提示临床分期是影响预后的独立危险因素(P<0.01).结论 STRAP在肝癌中高表达,同时在伴有脉管侵犯的肝癌组织中阳性率比较高,且均为强阳性,提示STRAP可能与肝癌侵袭能力有关;STRAP与病理分级呈负相关,但STRAP对肝癌预后无预测价值,临床分期是影响肝癌预后的独立危险因素.
Objective To detect the expression of serine-threonine kinase receptor-related protein (STRAP) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissue microarray, and to investigate the relationship between STRAP expression level and the clinical characteristics of HCC. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of STRAP in 93 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues. The relationship between the expression of STRAP and the clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed statistically. Results The expression level of STRAP in HCC was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues. In 9 cases of HCC with vascular invasion, the positive rate of STRAP expression was 66.7%, and all of them were strongly positive. The expression of STRAP in liver cancer tissues was negatively correlated with pathological grade (R=-0.205, P<0.05), but not with age, gender, tumor size, clinical stage (P>0.05). Postoperative survival time was related with tumor size (P<0.05) and clinical stage (χ2=0.167, 0.015, 0.522, 0.004, P<0.01), but there was no significant correlation between STRAP expression and survival time (P>0.05). Cox regression analysis indicated that clinical stage was independent risk factors of prognosis. Conclusion STRAP is highly expressed in HCC, and the positive rate of cancer tissue with vascular invasion is very high, indicating that STRAP may be related to the invasion ability of liver cancer. STRAP is negatively correlated with pathological grade, but it has no effect on the prognosis of liver cancer. Clinical stage is an independent risk factor influencing the prognosis of liver cancer.
