摘要肺癌是临床上常见的恶性肿瘤,其具有较高的病死率,且进展速度较快.非小细胞肺癌占肺癌比例高达80%左右,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,非小细胞肺癌已成为癌症死亡的首要原因.随着免疫学的不断发展,血清肿瘤标志物可在肿瘤的普查、诊断、预后等方面起到重要的作用.目前,临床上发现血清肿瘤标志物及美国东部肿瘤协作组(ECOG)评分在评估非小细胞肺癌患者行根治术后具有较好的预后价值.本研究旨在探讨血清肿瘤物水平及ECOG评分在评估非小细胞肺癌术后的预后价值.
