摘要 胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ mRNA结合蛋白3(IMP3)在骨肉瘤患者病灶组织中有表达[1],本研究旨在探讨其与肿瘤微血管密度(肿瘤血管生成评价金标准)的关系.一、材料与方法选取2017年2月至2018年7月收治的骨肉瘤患者42例作为研究对象为观察组,另选38例骨软骨骨瘤标本为对照组观察两组IMP3蛋白的表达,肿瘤微血管密度两组的比较情况.
