摘要
针对现有油气田地面工程建设项目的大规模启动,相关工程设计、采购、施工、检测、验收等规范信息越来越多,地面工程建设各参与方的管理难度迅速增大的问题。基于人工智能、大数据应用等现代化信息管理技术,通过对工程标准的结构化拆解、体系化管理和集中化存储,形成一套标准结构化数据存储数据库模型。同时运用JAVA技术、Oracle数据库、NoSQL数据库等技术,建立了一款适用于工程建设及运行维护阶段,能够快速查找、分析并应用相关标准条款的平台。经过在塔里木油田的实际应用和测试结果表明,该系统推动油气田地面工程建设管理科技信息化提档升级,为地面建设工程的项目管理和质量控制提供了技术支撑。
In view of the large-scale start-up of existing oil and gas field ground engineering construction projects,more and more information about relevant engineering design,procurement,construction,testing,acceptance and other specifications has been obtained,and the management difficulty of each participant in surface engineering construction has increased rapidly.Based on modern information management technology such as artificial intelligence and large data application,a set of standard structured data storage database model is formed through structural disassembly,systematic management and centralized storage of Engineering standards.A suitable model is established by using JAVA technology,Oracle database,NoSQL database and so on.During the construction and maintenance phase,the platform can quickly find,analyze and apply relevant standard terms.The practical application and test in tarim oilfield show that the system promotes the upgrading of information technology in surface engineering construction management of oil and gas fields,and provides technical support for project management and quality control of surface engineering.
