数字智能医学在脊柱外科的发展与展望 被引量:1

Development and prospect of digital intelligence medicine in spinal surgery

摘要 21世纪,随着计算机技术与信息数字技术的发展,医学已经进入数字智能医学的时代。目前,数字智能医学的基础研究以及临床应用不断推陈出新,正处于高续航、高通量的快速发展阶段。数字智能骨科学是计算机科学与骨科学相结合的一门新兴交叉学科。目前数字智能骨科技术已在临床中得到比较广泛的应用,成为推动骨科临床发展的重要动力之一。以脊柱外科为例,由于手术风险大,病情复杂,对数字智能技术有着较高的需求,个体化、精准化治疗是脊柱外科当前重要的发展方向。脊柱外科微创化与精准化理念的出现,促进了影像引导下脊柱外科手术技术的应用和推广,也加速了数字智能医学在脊柱外科中的应用和发展,先后诞生了多种新的治疗理念和方法。
