新时代法治价值观是在中国特色社会主义法治建设实践基础上提炼而成,凝结了国家、社会、个人对法治在意识形态、治国方略、社会文化方面达成的价值共识。在新时代坐标中,法治价值观秉承"问题意识"、立足法治建设,以贯彻实践性来实现法治的价值承诺;强化意识形态、深化治理方式,以贯彻创新性来实现法治的价值承诺;坚持人民主体、贴近群众生活,以贯彻人民性来实现法治的价值承诺。只有在新时代社会主要矛盾的"变"与社会主义初级阶段的"不变"中,才能更好地把握法治价值观生成的理论逻辑、实践逻辑以及历史逻辑,使法治价值观按照规律产生并归于实践检验的结论中。

The values of the rule of law in the new era is based on the practice of the building of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, which condenses the value consensus of the state,society and individual to the rule of law in ideology,statecraft and social culture.In the coordinate of the new era, the values of the rule of law adheres to the"problem consciousness" and is based on the construction of the rule of law to realize the value commitment of the rule of law by implementing the practicality;strengthens ideology and deepens governance to achieve the value commitment of the rule of law by implementing innovation;upholds the primacy of people and closes to their lives to fulfill the value commitment of the rule of law by implementing the principle of the people.Only in the new era of the changing social principal contradiction and the unchanging primary stage of socialism can we better grasp the theoretical, practical as well as historical logic of the formation of the values of the rule of law,which is generated in accordance with the law and attributed to the conclusion of practice test.
